Good for first time visitors to Vietnam :)
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great air-conditioning. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good amenities. Would consider staying again despite what I didn't like.
Cleanliness of shower, bathroom, and walls - the walls had many different stains all throughout the accommodation. Only provide you with 1x roll of toilet paper. Sub par shower pressure.

Adequate room chosen for enclosed shower, close to airport, rate for area.
Near the airport for a good rate. Host gave us a space to re-sort luggage for airline weight requirements. Enclosed shower space (not so common in Vietnam).
Had to guarantee booking with credit card but had to pay with cash. Room not same as pictured but host unwilling to match, even in actual size. Food was chose something from a binder and they would go get take away. Two "floating" shelves, lower one sloping away from wall, upper one not dusted in months (years?).
